Return Information
This return policy is valid for the United States and applies to all eligible products purchased from Danielle Fernandez Art.
General Policy
• You have the right to request a return within 7 days of receiving your order for defective products only.
• The actual return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to the shipping carrier, unless the product is deemed defective.
Defective Products
• Proof of the defect (e.g., clear photos or videos) must be provided via email to [DanielleFernandezArt@gmail.com]within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Once the defect is verified, eligible defective items may be replaced or refunded on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are issued within 10 business days of verifying the return.
Custom Art
• All custom artwork, including commissioned pieces, is non-refundable and non-returnable, as these pieces are created specifically for you.
Prints
• All prints are made on demand and considered custom-made. They are non-returnable unless defective. Claims for defective prints must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
Return Process
1. If approved for return, a return label will be provided via email. Customers are responsible for printing and attaching the label to the return package.
2. Only products in new and unused condition can be returned. Products with signs of use or damage not caused by shipping will be refused.
• New Condition: Unopened, in original packaging, and unused.
Refunds
• Approved refunds for defective items will be issued within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the return.
• Refunds will be made using the original payment method.

• Danielle Fernandez Art complies with all relevant laws regarding returns and refunds.
• We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy at any time to comply with legal requirements.
